they are larger and tailless. I have one he is very affectionate and friendly to people, that is . Wondering if those qualities are because, he's a Manx.
My manx cat is 14 years old. He had an absess on his leg, took him to vet, cleaned leg and put 3 staples in ?
leg joint also gave him antibiotics, leg is healed meds taken. He isn't eating or drinking very much. Tried can food, tuna. Someone told me when cats are old they may stop eating etc. like a form of suicide. He wanted to go out a few times and I didn't let him as the weather was very cold. Please any advice would be appreciated.Noticed his leg bleeding and took him to vet next day. His meds ran out a few days ago. Will get kitten food as suggested. Thank you so much for the suggestions etc.Thank you for all the responses about my cat. Tried giving him baby food, kitty milk and he didn't want any of it, took him to vet and blood work showed kidney s failing and vet said there was a 20% chance he could help him and recommended putting him down. He was just old and tired and my heart is broken over this. He was so special to me. Out of habit I started fixing him a plate and it hit me again that he's gone
I live in an apartment, have a Manx cat, and would like to get a small breed dog...what breed would be best?
I am currently living in a 2 level loft apartment with a 9 month old Manx kitten cat and would like to add a small breed dog to our family. I do work during the day, with weekends off. My cat is pretty independent, but I think she would welcome a companion as she is very friendly. I am wondering what breed would be best, as well as if I should consider a puppy or an older dog? I was thinking a puppy so it could get used to the cat, as some older dogs don't like cats, but at the same time an older dog would be fine too as long as they got along. Just looking for some help from people who may be in the same situation and your experience, good or bad. I have been thinking about this for awhile and want to make sure that I can provide a little dog with the absolute best home possible, as well as find a good fit for me and my cat.Thank you
