If my other female cat is around when my pregnant cat gives birth, will the other harm the kittens?
I have 2 female cats and one of them is very pregnant. Do female cats try to harm another cat's kittens when they're born? Should I keep them separated when my pregnant cat starts going into labour?

I found a pregnant cat and how do i know how far along she is?

Will bluing harm my (maybe) pregnant cat?
Okay so about a month ago we found this little eight month old kitty in our yard. She was a female and she really was a mess. She had an upper respiratory infection and has some skin disorder. She also is very hearing impaired. Someone really mistreated this cat. Anyhow, we tried some Amoxicillin for the infection and it only did a half job, we even gave it to her for about 10 12 days. She was supposed to get it for 7. We got a double dosage just in case our other cat, who is very healthy, got the infection. So, we gave it to her for 10 12 days, like I said. My grandmother happened to have some bluing and told us to give her between 3 4 and 1 cc daily. In the old days, bluing was the cureall for snotty noses. Anyhow, we suspect she got pregnant from a neighboring tom We weren't planning on keeping her so we didn't spay her. We didn't plan on this and so my question is Will bluing hurt the kittens inside if she really is pregnant? Thanks a lot.

X-ray a pregnant cat?
My cat is about 7 8 weeks pregnant. I want to have an x ray done to see how many kittens she is having in case I have to help her or something goes wong so I know how many are expected. Will an x ray be too stressful or harm the unborn babies in any way? Also can cats get too stressed from a vet visit and have the babies too early? I just don't want anything to happen to her or anything. Thanks...

Is my pregnant cat ok?
My inside cat sneaks out the back door a lot. now she is pregnant. from what I have found on the internet she is about 5 weeks pregnant. A week ago she started acting very sick and it looked like she was having contractions. i called a vet who told me she was probably aborting the babies, she would be o.k. If nothing changed by the following day i was to take her to the vet. The next morning the contractions stopped and she started acting normal. i thought she aborted the babies and started looking for the spot where she did it at. I never found anything. I can now feel lumps in her belly and she is steadily getting bigger. I can hear bubbling in her belly. and everything looks and feels normal for a pregnant cat. should i still be concerned? Will she keep getting bigger if the babies are dead? I have heard yes and no on the last question.

I have a pregnant cat and she is about a year old. She has been coughing and seems to be congested.?
I'm guessing she is full term I can see her kittens moving her belly . I'm not sure how to treat her, or if I should be concerned enough to take her to an expensive vet visit. Any suggestions?

HELP! How soon after you feel/see kittens in pregnant cats stomache does she have them?
Hi, my cat is a little over one year old. and I recently noticed her getting bigger. I probably would have noticed it sooner but I was working really long hours and went to bed as soon as I got home. So she is really big, belly is very firm and she has been eating ALOT. I have cut down the sizes and increased the feedings. I have not noticed her nesting yet, but she may have during the day. I have been feeling the kittens kicking and moving for almost 2 weeks now, they are moving alot now there isnt a time when I lay my hand on her stomach that there isnt movement. and I also started to see the babys move. It probably would have been sooner that the movement could be seen but she is a VERRRRRYYYY fluffy kitty. so my question is does anyone know how close she is to giving birth? I hope I included everything. also I would like to add, that we were intending on getting her spayed within these months but she has snuck outside when my children were playing a couple of times. And I also already have loving homes for them with family friends. with an agreement that the kittens must be spayed neutred. as I am getting her spayed as soon as the kittens are weaned. ThanksThanks yeah I have a nesting box already for her, but have the feeling that she will not have them in there, most likely my livin g room floor as she is most comfortable there. I think it should be soon.Yeah I have noticed that she has become even more affectionate than usual. She does not like to be held but enjoys lying on me, but that isnt very new. I noticed about 1 month ago that she was getting bigger. and also her teats have been getting bigger but have not seen any fluid or anything come out. mostly they look dry and cracked..

Pregnant cat help!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
my cat is pregnent again. she had 2 kittens a month or 2 ago and now is nursing a 2 week old kitten from our neiboors.theres only one problem only 2 of her breats produce milk. is there any way to get the others to give milk?sorry but i should have metion this earlier we live on a farm in the counrty where cats are needed and we cant give them to the SPCA because were blacklisted and the reason we took the kitten was so that it could have acutual cat milk instead of formula. and we cant fix her now because shes about 3 weeks until she has kittens

Miraculous Pregnant Cat?
So, I have this cat she's about 3 years old now, I believe, who is not " fixed" . She's been an indoor cat since we got her, with maybe a collective fifteen minutes outside in her overall three years. We had a neutered older male cat indoors with her, but he has recently been given to a new home.A couple days after he was given away, I noticed her acting strangely. She was being more affectionate than normal, which I dismissed as her missing the other cat. That was last week, and it's persisted she sleeps with me, all through the night, instead of climbing on things and making herself a nuisance Then three days ago, I noticed her nipples were swollen or, rather, I noticed lots of bumps on her underside, most all of which happen to be where her nipples are, because it doesn't really feel like it's her nipples that are swollen, it feels more like... lumps that happen to be located there.I'm... mildly concerned. Is this an early sign of a pregnant cat, or something I should take her to a vet for, or... none of the above? Am I just being a paranoid freak who worries too much? Thank you < 3 The lumps don't seem to hurt her. We tend to pet her stomach anyway she'll roll over like a dog for us, ha < 3 , and she totally doesn't care, they're not sore. She has not been outside, nor has access to a male cat capable of getting her pregnant otherwise. She would be a new Virgin Mary type deal, if that's what this is. JesusKittens? o
