Allergie probblems with my two tabby cats?

I have a grey tabby now and recently January had to put down my 14 yr old cat. Gabby, the kitty I currently have seems really lonely to me. She is a little on the mean side however. She does not like children, really only comes to me and my husband. Until she knows you pretty well, if you are sitting down, she'll allow you to pet her. But you have to watch her b c she will bite she ususally gives warning first with a tail flip. Or to children, she runs, growls and hisses.So I am thinking of getting another kitten, I have several ppl that are looking for good homes for kittens right now and I really want an orange tabby. Any thoughts?

Is it possible and have you ever seen a black tabby cat before? Is this common?
My mom is trying to get this new kitten because my mom wants a cat and she went to the lady. I saw the cat and it was a black cat, but a tabby cat at the same time. It was definitely black, but definitely a tabby. It was black, but it was not as dark as all the other black cats, not grey, but a lighter black. It had darker black stripes, and the M on its forehead, the traditional tabby markings. It also had a blueish greyish silverish eye color when most black cats have gold or green eyes. I always heard that only white cats and kittens could have blue eyes ? . The woman told us that the eyes had already changed to that color and that was the color they would stay.I have never seen a cat like this. I don't think I have ever seen a black tabby cat in my life besides this. Is this a common or rare occurrence and have you ever seen a black tabby cat? Could it have been genetically engineered or some kind of mutation or something?
Bad shedding with tabby cat?
I have an orange and white tabby cat and he sheds soooo bad His orange hair on his back is course and never stops coming out But all his white fur is soft and you would have to pull it hard for it to come out. I brush him everyday but he never slows on the shedding. Is this normal for tabbys? I have outside long hair cats that dont shed as bad as him Any answers or advice?
Tabby Cat and Tortoiseshell Cat Conflict?
I have had my tabby cat now for about 5 years. I decided to get Roxy my tabby a playmate a year ago. I got a long haired Tortoiseshell and I named her Snickers. They got along great for awhile. Snickers brought out the kitten in Roxy again and they would play and chase toys around. Well now that Snickers is a year old they have been fighting, brought on my Snickers. I just thought it was kitten play. Roxy would try and bathe Snickers and she would get a riled up and nip at Roxy, it never seemed to get out of hand. But now I just found out that Snickers has been peeing outside of one of the litter boxes. I am almost 100% sure this is to mark her territory. I have been experimenting and giving Roxy her own food and water upstairs and Snickers will run up there instantly and eat out of it. Why would my Tortoiseshell start acting this way towards by tabby after she turned one? And what can I do to stop it? I can't have her urinating on the carpet and trying to control Roxy. Please help.Both cats are spayed

Why is my male tabby cat sooooo loving but not the female?
Noel loves to get as close to my face as possible He will even place himself in unconfortable positions just to reach his goal. He is even happy just to have one paw touching my cheek. I even have to shut my bedroom door at night as I'm sure he would suffocate me he is quite big Alfie the female is quite independant and likes to sleep on her own. Is my tabby cat crazy?
Ok, we got him about 5 years ago from a rescue that I was volunteering with. We were told he was going to have both his front arms amputated or put down , he had a respiratory infection and an ear infection. I spent countless hours doing physical therapy on his legs, and within a month he was running around with our two other cats. He is also declawed we did not do it, he was found walking around a local city already declawed , and when we got him he was about 1 almost 2 years old.Anyways, when we first got him other than his ailments he seemed like a normal cat. Then we found out he does not like any food other than a specific type of " pellets" kibble.Then he started randomly pawing at things. Like, he'll walk down the hall and start pawing at the floor or the wall. Or he'll walk by the trash can and start pawing at it. I'm not talking the playful 'kitten' pawing, I'm talking full out OCD.Then, when we moved about 6 months after living in the new house he started peeing in our bar sink and using at his own personal urinal. Kinda gross..we bleach it daily.Now he started drinking out of the toilet. He has bowls in the kitchen, the bar, and a few bathrooms. So it's not like there's not a choice of fresh water. We also got him one of those drinking fountains, which he loves.He also is really OCD and has to lick you until you're 100% clean. Which is gross, considering he drinks out of the toilet.So is it possible he is psychologically messed up? My vet has looked at him multiple times and said he's perfectly healthy.He has three choices of litter boxes. We only use arm and hammer mixed with groung corn wheat. I clean each one twice a day. He has a huge house and full range. He is neutered and slightly over weight.
OMG where could my tabby cat have got to?
i havent seen him since thursday, i could not find him all yesterday and he hasnt showed up today either. what could have happened and is it common for cats to go missing like this? one of my friends told me that tabby cats usually go for a long time. is it true?i dont know if this could have anythign to do with it, but my mum bought my cat a new basket and when he got in it he kept digging his paws into it and biting it while he was laid down, he did this for a good 10 mins. does this sound strange and then a week later he is gone?also is it possible that he is playing away with another cat?i wish some people would get a life seriously. 'hes is in your neighbours shed'. who do you think you are coming on here telling me things what ar enot bloody ture and its the uk not usa, so there is no coyotes for f sake tina my cat has not been run over i live on a very quiet rural area where the only cars what come near my house are the ones where people live and my cat is just tomming.
